SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

UNITED STATES: 3 to 5 business days with USPS.

INTERNATIONAL: 7 to 21 business days with USPS.

NOTE: Taxes and Duties for international shipping may vary depending on the country and will be paid by the customer. Elements are not responsible for those charges.

PROCESSING

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply contact us at info@elementsbyraquelruiz.com

BROKEN PACKAGE

We ensure that your products will arrive safely, we will replace any products that get damaged or broken due to shipping and handling. After receiving your products you will have seven (7) days to contact us for any replacement, proof of the damaged may be requested. Items will not be replaced after seven (7) days.
